A 20 × 20 tent (400 sq. ft.) will fit different numbers of people depending on the setup style:
• Standing / Cocktail style: about 65–70 people
• Theater seating (chairs only, rows): about 65 people
• Banquet seating (8-ft tables with chairs): about 48–50 people
• Buffet seating or with extra space: about 40–45 people
